You may cancel your session through the application used to book your session with your confirmation e-mail. However, all cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will result in a 50% cancellation fee. You are able to cancel your session before 24 hours of your allotted session start time.

The same applies with rescheduling. Please reschedule through the application before 24 hours of your session start time. By making accommodations 24 hours prior to your session start time, it allows the mentor/advisor to make room for preparation, or other potential clients. If you choose to reschedule within the 24 hours of your allotted time, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied and you will be contacted for rescheduling. Due to the nature of timeframes and scheduling, cancellation fees guarantee stability for clients and the organization.

BOSS MENTALITY LLC has partnerships with mentors, life coaches and advisors across the states. However, each mentor has their own individual studies in different areas that cater to particular sessions. Most of our advisors are certified, or gained over 10 years in their field of choice.

For instance, our business consultation sessions will partner individuals with mentors/advisors who have their own business and have obtained over 2 levels of degrees in the business field. The same applies to our life coach sessions upon experience and degree levels. All mentors/advisors have obtained a Bachelors Degree in one of the following categories; Psychology, Human Growth Development, Counseling, Business Administration, or Social Work.

Please allow 7-14 business days for orders to be processed and shipped due to the nature of custom items. Based on your shipping preference and location you may be asked an additional cost for expedited shipping. All shipping fees are based off your location and postal service provider.
