Boss Mentality LLC was established by Necole Penn (Nikki Necole) in 2020. This brand was built off passion, ambition & self-identity. She is currently the founder & CEO still creating new pathways to reaching our society through positive social change. Her educational background consist of three degrees and certificates in various fields that lead her into the field of Counseling/Psychology and Life Coaching;
1) AAS Degree in Early Childhood Education
2) BIS/BA Degree in Human Growth/Child Development/Counseling
3) Masters Degree in Business Administration
